Product Process Information
The Develop, Etch & Strip process is a fully conveyorised in-line system. The process utilises carbonate based developer, cupric chloride etching and ethanolamine/caustic stripping. The DES line is capable of etching 5 – 140 um copper, and features as fine as 62.5 um in width.
Both the Developer and Etcher have on-line controllers, continually monitoring and replenishing the processes to maintain their working parameters.
